We are a respected home builder in SW Washington and Puget Sound and we work hard to make sure every home we build is the best choice for you. From smaller homes for young families or empty-nesters to large homes that can fit big families, multi-generations, or any range of lifestyle, we have a home design for you. For those who are looking for extra space, whether for bedrooms, home offices, or hobbies — or a combination of them all — the Alpine is an ideal home.

Like all of our homes, the Alpine floor plan offers plenty of options that allow you to customize the design to truly fit your lifestyle. Increasingly, home buyers are looking for homes with enough space to adapt to changing needs, while still maintaining the classic elements of a home. The Alpine offers four to seven bedrooms, three to six bathrooms, a four-car garage, two stories, and a total of 3,650 square feet. Plus, you have your choice of exterior design options ranging from traditional to modern. This is a home that can easily meet all of your needs and preferences.

At heart, this is a traditional home, with two stories and the four primary bedrooms located upstairs. However, this is also an incredibly modern home, with the kind of amenities and features that today’s home buyers desire, including attractive architectural features that give it a finishing touch.

You start with a covered porch that leads into a welcoming entry foyer. Off the entry is a den, a powder room, and coat closet. This layout works ideally for those needing a home office. Alternatively, it can be built as an additional bedroom with its own bathroom should you prefer more bedrooms. As you work your way further into the home, you come to the dining area and the chef-style kitchen. The dining area leads you into the spacious great room. This part of the main living area is open plan, but delineated enough to make each section feel defined. In addition, there’s a bonus room off the side of the great room, with a door that encloses it, making it ideal as a game room for the kids, a hang-out for the adults with the addition of a built-in wet bar, or it could also be turned into a home office, home gym, or even another bedroom. Once again, the options are extensive.

The great room includes the option of a fireplace and surrounding built-ins and it also provides access to the covered back patio through a set of sliding glass doors, allowing plenty of natural light into an already light and airy space, as the great room is open to the second story. Plus, the covered patio can also be extended and also has the option of a fireplace, whether you stick with the original patio or go for the extension. To finish off all that the first floor offers, there’s also a mud room and drop zone just off the entrance from the garage and there’s even a closet and an option for a sink. There’s also additional storage under the stairs that lead to the second floor.

The second floor features four bedrooms, including the extensive owner’s suite. The bedrooms all radiate off a central loft area in the center of the second floor, near the stairs. The loft area looks out over the great room. The owner’s suite includes a separate retreat with optional barn doors instead of regular doors. There’s also the option of a fireplace and a wet bar in the retreat. The spacious ensuite bathroom is luxurious with a soaking tub, a large glass shower, dual sinks and vanities, and a linen closet for more storage. From the bathroom, you enter into essentially a dual walk-in closet.

The rest of the bedrooms upstairs are spacious and include regular closets, while one includes a walk-in closet and its own ensuite bathroom, making it perfect for a multi-generational home. There’s a full bathroom to be shared by the two additional bedrooms. A spacious laundry is also located upstairs and has an optional counter and sink for added convenience.

Clearly, this home takes the traditional layout of a regular home and expands it to new levels, providing the kind of flexibility and adaptability that is so important for home buyers today. We’re proud to be a home builder in SW Washington that provides outstanding homes that are great on their own, but also offer features that can really turn a house into a home, fulfilling your family’s lifestyle needs and providing extra comforts.
