Next, we’ll lock in the structural & personal selections and prepare for the construction or your home.
Pre-Construction Meeting
Here you’ll meet with the construction supervisor and learn about the building process and timeline for your new home.
Pour Foundation
Congratulations! With this step, your new home is now officially “Under Construction.”
Pre-Drywall Orientation
As the building continues, you are taken on a tour of the inner workings of your home. Bring a camera!
New Home Orientation
Once your home is finished, we’ll demonstrate how to care for it and how the warranty will protect your investment.
Closing
You’ll meet with your escrow officer to sign loan documents and transfer the home into your name. The loan is then funded, and the county records the title.
Final Sign Off
As the building continues, you are taken on a tour of the inner workings of your home. Bring a camera!
New Home Orientation
Once your home is finished, we’ll demonstrate how to care for it and how the warranty will protect your investment.
60-Day Check Up
Our customer care rep checks in with you to correct any warranty issues discovered after you moved in.
11-Month Final Review
A last check of the home will address small issues and educate you on the remainder of your home warranty.
10-Year Structural Warranty
The structure of your home is covered for 10 years – including the roof framing, foundation, beams, column, and more.
