In addition to providing each employee time to volunteer with organizations of their choice, we are deeply committed to our Community Giving House initiative, where the proceeds from the sale of selected homes go directly to local organizations doing important work in our communities. To date, Pacific Lifestyle Homes has donated more than $780,000 to local non-profits.

HOW WE GOT HERE

Founded by Kevin Wann in 1996, our history in the industry goes back to 1990 with his start in the real estate brokerage business. In the decades that have followed, Kevin’s companies, Pacific Lifestyle Homes and Garrette Custom Homes have won many awards, including 2018’s Gold recipient of the National Housing Quality Award and the prestigious “Builder of the Year” award from the BIA of Clark County and numerous accolades for innovative floor plans and well-planned communities. His vision and heart for building community is seen and felt in each beautiful home we build.
